2. Eligibility
Clause 2.1
Age Requirement

Capacity to Contract
By registering with bkbet you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting under the influence of any substance impairing your judgment, and that you are registering in your own name for your own personal use. Any account registered on behalf of a third party, or by a person under duress, will be considered void and subject to immediate closure.
3. Account Registration and Verification
Clause 3.1
Accurate Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your bkbet account, including your full legal name, mobile phone number, and date of birth. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account, the withholding of any account balance, and the forfeiture of any winnings.
Clause 3.2
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one bkbet account. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended. Balances may be merged or voided at bkbet's sole discretion. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited without exception.
Clause 3.3
KYC Verification
bkbet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identification documents — such as a national identity card, passport, or mobile money account confirmation — at the time of registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or at any time bkbet deems necessary for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on bkbet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bkbet supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard, as well as selected bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time and is subject to bkbet's operational requirements.
Clause 4.1
Minimum Deposit
A minimum deposit amount applies to all payment methods. The current minimum deposit thresholds are displayed on the Deposit page within your bkbet account dashboard. bkbet reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit amounts at any time. Deposits using unverified or third-party payment accounts not registered in your own name are not permitted and may result in the reversal of funds and account suspension.
Clause 4.2
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. bkbet targets processing of withdrawals via bKash and Nagad within 15 minutes to 1 hour of approval under normal operating conditions. Processing times for bank card and bank transfer withdrawals may be longer. bkbet reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
Clause 4.3
Refused or Reversed Transactions
bkbet reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other prohibited conduct. Where a transaction is reversed, the funds will be returned to the originating payment method to the extent technically possible. bkbet will not be liable for any costs, losses, or delays arising from a refused or reversed transaction.
Currency Note
All bkbet accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There are no currency conversion fees. You will never be charged a hidden fee for depositing or withdrawing in BDT via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
bkbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and to any additional specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and a specific bonus promotion's terms, the specific terms shall prevail.
Clause 5.1
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your bkbet account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only. bkbet may set a maximum cashout limit on bonus winnings for certain promotions.
Clause 5.2
Bonus Eligibility
A welcome bonus is available to new players who register and make a qualifying first deposit. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method. Existing players may be eligible for reload bonuses, free spin promotions, and seasonal offers as communicated from time to time. bkbet reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
Clause 5.3
Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse bkbet's bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings, account suspension, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.
6. Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports betting, live betting, and casino game activity conducted on bkbet. By placing a bet or entering a game, you confirm your acceptance of these rules.
Clause 6.1
Bet Confirmation and Finality
A bet is considered accepted once you receive a confirmation from bkbet. Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled by the player after they have been confirmed. bkbet reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or human error and will refund the stake to the player's account in such cases. The settlement of bets is final and binding unless a manifest error is identified within 72 hours of settlement.
Clause 6.2
Payout Limits
Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and to cumulative winnings within a defined period. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting markets on the bkbet platform. bkbet reserves the right to reduce payout limits for any player or market at its sole discretion. Winnings exceeding the applicable limit will be capped at the stated maximum and the excess will not be paid.
Clause 6.3
Abandoned and Interrupted Events
In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise interrupted before completion, bkbet will settle affected bets in accordance with its event-specific rules. As a general principle, bets on events abandoned before a result is determined will be voided and stakes returned. Bets on events where a result has been officially confirmed by the relevant governing body will be settled according to that confirmed result regardless of any subsequent replays or decisions.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bkbet platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account action, up to and including permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

Fraud and Money Laundering
Any attempt to use the bkbet platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities. bkbet monitors all transactions for suspicious activity and cooperates fully with any lawful request from regulatory or law enforcement bodies.

Collusion and Match Fixing

Accounts suspected of involvement in match-fixing will be immediately suspended pending investigation and all associated winnings will be withheld.
Clause 7.3
Software Exploitation
Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or any software that manipulates the bkbet platform or its games is prohibited. Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's software to gain an unfair advantage is also prohibited. Any winnings obtained through software exploitation will be voided and the player's account will be permanently closed.
Zero Tolerance Policy
bkbet operates a zero tolerance policy on prohibited conduct. There are no warnings for serious violations. Accounts found to be involved in fraud, match-fixing, money laundering, or systematic bonus abuse will be permanently closed without prior notice and all funds may be withheld pending investigation.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
Clause 8.1
Suspension by bkbet
bkbet reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the account is being used for prohibited conduct; (c) the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements; (d) account activity is inconsistent with normal, legitimate player behaviour; or (e) closing the account is necessary to protect bkbet's legal or commercial interests.
Clause 8.2
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request closure of your bkbet account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receiving a valid closure request, bkbet will process the closure and return any verified remaining balance to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC verification and provided no outstanding bonus wagering obligations exist. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately under the Responsible Gaming policy.
